Viewpost is a digital payments company that helps enterprise AP organizations convert the long tail of paper checks and increase savings without extra effort or disruption to existing payment processes.
Viewpost customers are enterprise organization across virtually every industry. We also partner with banks, payment networks, check printers, business consulting firms, and technology providers.
If you work for a large organization (typically over $250 million in annual revenue) and still print checks (virtually all companies do), then there’s a good chance you will benefit from Viewpost services. Contact our sales team to find out more.
FinalCheck payment optimization is a Viewpost service that converts your remaining checks to electronic payments in real-time. Each time checks are sent, Viewpost® FinalCheck dynamically converts checks to your vendors preferred payment method. Payment methods we support include virtual credit card, premium ACH, free ACH, check, and RTP.
Yes. FinalCheck works using your existing check file. Setup is simple and fast. There are no complex implementations or IT requirements to get started.
That’s fine. Viewpost doesn’t disrupt your current payment programs, processes, or partners. We simply generate additional savings from your outgoing checks (payments that are not converted by other efforts).
No worries. After FinalCheck extracts and converts digital payments from your check file, any remaining checks can be delivered by Viewpost or using your current check print solution. We’ll set it up however you prefer.
Viewpost conducts real-time enrollment at the time payment is made—every time “checks” are sent. This effort ensures that vendors aren’t missed (like traditional campaign-based enrollment efforts) and increases the likelihood of enrollment. In addition, Viewpost offers payment assistance to help suppliers receive electronic payments even if they have unique payment requirements.
Vendors are paid via their preferred payment method, which often includes virtual credit card, ACH, or paper check (if they choose not to enroll for electronic payment).

Viewpost partners with leading financial institutions and technology companies that deliver value to enterprise AP organizations. This includes banks, payment networks, check printers, business consulting firms, and technology platforms.
Viewpost partners fall into four categories: banks, technology platforms, check printers, and referral partners. Referral partners benefit by offering Viewpost’s services to their enterprise customers without directly integrating our technology, whereas integration partners embed Viewpost’s services into their existing product offerings. Some partners choose both or start with a referral relationship while integration is in process.
While each partnership is unique, they all start with a short conversation to understand each other’s business strategy and determine if there is alignment.
The integration process and timelines vary. Our integration team defines the requirements for each partner and guides them through the entire process, working closely with stakeholders on both sides.
At this time, nearly all of our partners are large, established brands in the banking, technology, and AP services space. If that’s you, tell us about your organization and how you think we can work together for the benefit of our enterprise AP customers.
While virtually every company in the U.S issues checks, Viewpost is focused on partners that support large corporations. At this time, Viewpost is not actively pursuing partners with a small business focus.
No. In fact, Viewpost can become the underlying check printer in instances where a partner does not currently support this payment type. Viewpost can also work with partners that already have established relationships with printers. We call this type of integration Optimization as a Service (OaaS).
As an organization, we are obsessed with service excellence. We want to make the experience for our partners and their customers and vendors delightful. Therefore, we work hand-in-hand with your team to help develop the sales and marketing support necessary to enable check optimization and provide post-sales customer service for any onboarded customers.
Every partner is unique, as is the economic value check optimization unlocks. Revenue sharing is driven by the engagement model and various other factors that are determined by our mutual business case.
The engagement model is typically driven by both the type of partnership and the partner’s product capabilities (and goals). We work collaboratively to determine the best and most effective go-to market strategy.
Not at this time. Our current partnership model is focused on bringing Viewpost services to our partners’ existing installed base of clients and prospects.
Absolutely. Most, if not all, of our partners have many payment solutions for their customers. FinalCheck optimization is intentionally designed to complement those services, helping partners and customers increase conversion to digital payments. The solution is designed to complement and extend (not disrupt or replace) existing services.
